In primul an de comercializare a renumitului EL3300 (v. alaturat) , Philips a realizat si primul adaptor pentru masina in scopul ascultarii casetelor; consta intr-un sertar in care se introducea casetofonul tip EL3300 si acesta se cupla cu radioul masinii prin mufe DIN. Alimentare optionala 6/12 V. Montaj sub bordul masinii. Modelul lor urmator - N2600 (v. alaturat, 1967) - va fi primul montat in bordul masinii.

In the first year of marketing the famous EL3300 (see attached), Philips also created the first car adapter for listening its cassettes; it consisted of a drawer where the EL3300 cassette player was inserted and which was connected to the car radio via DIN jacks. Optional 6/12 V power supply. Mounted under car dashboard. Their next car model - N2600 (see attached, 1967) will be the 1st. mounted into the car dashboard.
