Functional.

First portable stereo radio-cass-recorder made by Philips for USA, under its brand Norelco. Made in Japan, having simple but safe and "friendly" mechanic; satisfactory radio tuning and fine amplifier; built-in electronic motor speed stabilizer - a technical novelty for those years. No IC. Unfortunately, lack of original speakers. Hope is the predecessor of the first European stereo portable radiorecorder - Philips 22RR800, issued in 1972 (see attached).
Working shape without any repair.
