- first in the world sound filter used in cassette-recorders; entitled Dynamic Noise Limiter (DNL), made by Philips; initially , it was a separate device, conected between deck and amplifier ; later, it was mounted into the cassette-recorders (1st built-in was Philips RR800); plays ok.
